Heh, despite the difference, it's not actually that spicy also lah. Yes it is chilli panmee, but the mee doesn't come soaked in chilli paste. You can either choose the soupy or dry one, and the amount of chilli to put in your bowl of mee, is solely decided by you. So to those who can't stand cili padiness, can ignore the whole container of chilli.
Verdict : The first time was "whoa" and better. And I prefer the dry version, as it is more fragrant and the noodle is bouncier. Besides, it comes with a bowl of soup, so you taste both versions at once. The soup base wasn't all that yummy, just ok - not too bad but nothing gastronomic.
I still much prefer the panmee in City Plaza in Paya Lebar, Sg. The soup is triple "WHOA" and the homemade chilli paste, damn powderful. Always need to order double drinks when eating. Nothing close to this can be found in Msia. So, if you happen to be around Paya Lebar MRT when in Sg, do try them - satisfaction guaranteed.
